7th Week of the Italian Cuisine in the World (14-20 November)

The VII Week of the Italian Cuisine in the World starts today.
This year’s theme is ‘Conviviality, sustainability, innovation – the ingredients of the Italian cuisine for people’s health and the safeguard of the planet’.
The Italian Embassy and the Italian Cultural Institute of Copenhagen will organize a series of events to present the Italian culinary tradition using high quality gastronomic products and wines.
